April and May

I haven't been a very good blogger lately. So here are a few photos from the last month and a half. Sorry, they eneded up a little out of order.

I entered Nick's Gorgonzola bacon burger in a burger challenge that Stanfords was having and it was picked to be one of 10 to compete in a cook off. It was really exciting for us since they said that there were over 300 entries. He ended up being one of only 3 of the people that were not chefs in the final competition. Eventhough he didn't place in the top 3 it was a great experience for him and we got a $100 gift card to Stanfords for partisipating. I am so proud of him and such a lucky wife that has a husband that is such a wonderful cook!

The day before Easter my friend Shannon went with Daphne and I to the tulip festival. It was a perfect day to go and Daphne had a blast walking all around and seeing all of the kids.
