3 months old

Daphne is 3 months old now....here are some recent photos. In her cute overalls that I wish I would have put on her sooner.....she is just so long that any kind of one piece is usually too short in the torso but fits around which is the case with the overalls so I thought I would at least take her picture in them.

These are her bunny slippers that she wears all of the time because they stay on so much better than socks.

They put all kinds of cute things on the butts of pants these days. So I had to take a picture.

A friend gave this to her at my shower....I think it is like a sleep sac to keep them warm instead of a blanket that can be kicked off. So we tried it out...She actually really liked it.

Last weekend Grandma Patty came up to visit and watched the peanut so that we could go out to dinner which was really nice. We hated to see her go....even after we talked her into staying annother night. It was wonderful to have her as we prepared for my first week back to work. It was a little hard but we survived. I am so thankful that we have my Aunt to watch Daphne during the time that Nick and I are work. It was a little hard on Nick with Daphne being such a catnapper he wasn't able to get in a nap himself which makes for some long days. Hopefully this will get better as she gets older. She is starting to become very vocal and making all sorts of new noises...so cute!

Trying out the Bumbo

So we decided to try out the Bumbo since Daphne is getting so good at holding her head up. I think she really liked it. She really likes to be able to look around. A couple more weeks I am sure her neck will be even stronger and she will like it even more. She is still a little bit of a bobble head in it.

She's Rolin'

So today Daphne rolled over from her tummy to her back. She did it 5 times and has no preference on which way she goes. She has done both.

Daphne has been spending alot of time sucking on her fingers lately. She makes them look and sound so good. :)
